What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, organization, the type of project you are interested in, your timeline, and the message you write. We also collect basic, aggregated usage statistics about how the website is used (pages viewed, approximate country, device type) through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Your enquiry is delivered by an email service provider and the website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing.
