Two products · Built and run by us

Products for problems we know first-hand.

A retailer's till goes dark whenever the internet drops. A WhatsApp seller's history walks out on personal phones. We built Counterbase and Vendale to fix those two problems, we run both ourselves, and every claim on this page is traceable to code.

Multi-branch point of sale · Live

Counterbase

“When the internet drops at one branch, selling stops, receipts stall, and the day's numbers go dark.”

Counterbase keeps every counter selling offline and reconciles everything with the cloud when the connection returns.

  • Offline selling

Cashiers keep ringing up sales with no internet. Each sale is stored on the device and queued for the cloud.

  • Background sync with conflict handling

A queue replays sales, refunds, and stock movements to the cloud. A conflict resolver reconciles edits made on different devices while offline.

  • Catalog and pricing

Products with categories, pricing tiers, and branch-level price overrides, so one item can carry different prices per branch.

  • Inventory, transfers, and stocktakes

Per-branch stock with batches and movements, inter-branch transfers, stock requests between branches, and counted stocktakes.

  • Plus 8 more modules, roles, and how it is deployed

Windows desktop CRM · In development

Vendale

“Your team sells on WhatsApp, so orders, promises, and customer history live on personal phones and walk out the door with them.”

Vendale puts the shared inbox, customer records, orders, and follow-up in one Windows desktop workspace with permissions that match your team.

  • Shared inbox

One place for customer conversations with assignment, delivery states, and resolution flows. Internal notes never reach the customer.

  • Customers and companies

Customer records with notes, tags, archive and restore, plus company records, searchable from a global search.

  • Orders

Order records in KES with status, payment, and fulfillment updates, notes, cancellation, and timelines. Numbers like ORD-2026-004182 are issued server-side.

  • Products, catalogues, and inventory

Products with variants and stock, catalogues for sharing with customers, and an append-only stock movement history.

  • Plus 7 more modules, roles, and how it is deployed

Why you can check every word of this

Both products are ours, and both live in repositories we can walk you through. Module lists, role names, versions, and test counts on these pages were counted in the code with recorded commands, and the Counterbase page embeds a working illustration of its offline selling. Where something is not finished, the page says so in the same breath as the feature list.

Each product page ends with its evidence note: what was counted, and how.
