The system runs, but nobody enjoys depending on it. Deploys happen from memory, backups have never been tested, the database upgrade has been postponed twice, and every change is a small act of faith.
Organizations with a live system on an aging stack, and teams whose launch plan is the word 'hope'. The system is too important to replace casually and too fragile to leave alone.
What we build
Migrations with tested scripts, written cutover runbooks and rollback plans, then the operational floor that keeps a system healthy: automated deployments, backups, monitoring and support.
Database and platform migrations with tested scripts, cutover runbooks, and rollback plans, followed by automated deployments, backups, monitoring, and support.
- Database migrations and cutovers
- CI/CD and containerised deploys
- Backups and monitoring
- Support and iteration
- Discover
- We audit what runs today and what depends on it. A migration plan that skips the forgotten nightly job is not a plan.
- Design
- The cutover is designed before anything moves: what is migrated, in what order, how it is verified, and how everything goes back if it must.
- Build
- Migration scripts are tested against real data shapes, and the new platform reaches staging first, where your team confirms it behaves.
- Launch
- The cutover follows the written runbook step by step, with the rollback plan beside it. Go-live is a planned event, not a leap of faith.
- Operate
- After the move: automated deployments, backups, monitoring and a support channel, with an iteration roadmap instead of a slow drift back to fragility.
Seen in our work
Learning platform · Live
The institute taught through scattered tools, with no single place for coursework, assessments, certificates, and community. We built one platform for all of it, with role-based access for students, instructors, and administrators, on web and mobile.

Sessions depended on a third-party meeting service. We deployed a branded, self-hosted conferencing platform on WebRTC, on infrastructure we operate, with scripted releases that can be repeated and rolled back.

Common questions
Can you migrate without downtime?
Where the system allows it, we aim for a short, rehearsed window rather than promising zero downtime. Every cutover gets a written runbook and a rollback plan, so if a step fails, the old system keeps serving while we fix it.
What happens to our data?
It moves with tested scripts against your real data shapes, and it is verified after the move. The migration is rehearsed before launch day.
What platforms do you migrate to?
We have done this ourselves, including a documented cutover plan for moving a live learning platform from MongoDB to PostgreSQL, and containerised, scripted deployments that can be repeated and rolled back.
What does operations include after launch?
Automated deployments, backups, monitoring, and a clear channel for support requests and improvements. You should learn about a problem from us, not from your customers.
Can you take over a system another team built?
Often. We start by auditing what runs, where it is deployed and what it depends on, and hand you the findings before touching anything. If the honest answer is that the system should stay as it is, we will say so.
Make the system boring to run again.
A short conversation is enough to scope a first phase.
