The people who need the system are not at a desk. They are at the counter, on the floor, or on the road, and a browser tab is a poor tool when hands are busy or the network is gone.
Businesses whose work happens away from an office desk: retail counters, delivery riders, sales teams living in chat apps, and offices standardized on Windows machines.
What we build
Android and cross-platform mobile apps, and native Windows desktop software, connected to the same backend as your web systems, with offline-first sync where the network demands it.
Android and cross-platform mobile apps and native Windows desktop software that connect to the same backend as your web systems.
- Flutter and React Native apps
- Native Windows desktop software
- Offline-first sync
- Shared backend with your web system
These are also products we run: Counterbase, Vendale.
- Discover
- We watch where the work actually happens. A field tool that needs three taps in a moving vehicle is a design failure, not a training problem.
- Design
- Screens are designed for the device's context: one-handed use at a counter, legibility on a bright screen, and what the app does when the network disappears.
- Build
- Releases reach staging over the air or by installer, so your team tests on the real devices they will carry, not on a developer's laptop.
- Launch
- Data moves through the same tested migration path as the web system, and staff are trained on their own devices, in the places they work.
- Operate
- Automated release pipelines ship updates without site visits, and monitoring surfaces a fault before your users do.
Seen in our work
Multi-branch POS · Live
Retailers with several branches lose sales when the internet drops and cannot see stock and takings across branches. Counterbase keeps every branch selling offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns.

Businesses that sell over WhatsApp lose customer history across personal phones. Vendale puts a shared inbox, customer records, orders, and team permissions in one Windows desktop workspace.

Common questions
Native or cross-platform?
Cross-platform first. Our Android point-of-sale app is built in Flutter and our Windows desktop CRM in Tauri, each sharing code with its web backend. We reach for fully native only when a platform capability demands it.
Can the app work without internet?
Yes, and it is a design decision made early, not a patch. Counterbase queues sales locally while offline and syncs in the background when the connection returns.
Why a Windows desktop app instead of a web page?
When a team lives in one application all day, a native window is faster to use, works with local hardware, and stays open. Vendale, our desktop CRM for WhatsApp-led sales teams, exists for exactly that reason.
How do updates reach devices?
Through automated release pipelines. Counterbase ships Android builds through continuous integration, so an update is a routine release rather than a site visit.
Give the counter and the road a real tool.
A short conversation is enough to scope a first phase.
