The need
Businesses that sell over WhatsApp lose customer history across personal phones. They need a shared inbox, customer records, orders, and follow-up in one workspace, with permissions that match the team.
What we built
A Tauri desktop application with a typed service layer and a self-hosted backend. The interface is built module by module, with action-level permission checks applied across every area and a persistent data layer behind it.
