All servicesIntegrations & payments
The payments arrive, but the records do not follow. A confirmation is copied by hand, a report is downloaded and pasted, and when M-Pesa is slow or a provider has an outage, the workflow stops and staff improvise.
Businesses taking payments in Kenya and beyond, and teams whose systems do not talk: a booking tool, an email platform, a CRM and a spreadsheet, each holding part of the truth.
What we build
Payment gateways, messaging, identity and third-party APIs connected properly: credentials managed, events queued, and every integration built to fail safely when a provider is down.
Payment gateways, messaging channels, identity providers, and third-party APIs, integrated carefully and built to fail safely when a provider is down.
- M-Pesa, Paystack, Stripe, Pesapal
- Messaging and email
- Webhooks and queues
- Graceful degradation
- Discover
- We trace one payment and one message end to end through your current process. The hand-copied steps are the integration backlog.
- Design
- We decide up front what happens when a provider fails, so the fallback is a designed path, not an apology. Integrations are credential-gated and degrade gracefully.
- Build
- Webhooks are verified and queued rather than trusted blindly, and automated tests cover the failure cases, not only the happy path.
- Launch
- Credentials live in managed environment variables, never in code, and the switch from old flow to new follows the same rehearsed runbook as any migration.
- Operate
- Monitoring watches the integrations, not just the site, because a silent webhook failure costs more than a loud one.
Seen in our work
Booking & training · Built
A corporate training business was running enquiries, bookings, and payments by hand. We built a public course catalog, scheduled sessions with seat holds and waitlists, online payments, and separate trainer and admin portals.

Common questions
Which payment providers do you work with?
M-Pesa through Daraja, plus PesaPal, Paystack and Stripe, all integrated across our projects, from Counterbase's counter payments to the Nawiri training platform's checkout.
What happens when a provider is down?
The system keeps working. On the Nawiri training platform, integrations are credential-gated and degrade gracefully, so a missing provider falls back to a manual path such as recorded payments instead of stopping the service.
Can you connect the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We integrate through official APIs, webhooks and queues rather than screen scraping, and we will tell you plainly when a tool has no integration path worth using.
Is it safe to connect a system to our M-Pesa account?
Credentials belong in managed environment variables, never in repositories, and each environment gets its own keys. Access is limited to what the integration needs, and the actions it takes are recorded.
Connect the payments, stop the copy-paste.
A short conversation is enough to scope a first phase.
